I've been having hamstring complications for the last 3/4 years in my sports, I though it was something I was going to deal with for a lifetime. I had the opportunity of meeting Kosi and Ade during the Injury Assessment,  they thoroughly went through subjective and objective notes, which they discovered the underlaying issues, which the previous physiotherapist I attended weren't able to. I continued my rehabilitation with Kosi for 5 weeks and have felt a massive improvement in my game, I haven't had any issues with my hamstring since. Thank you guys

Even when these guys discharged me and gave me the green light to get back to what I love doing, they stay in contact and check in on me often. Thanks you guys honestly.

I was told about the Sports Performance Hub through a mate, as I had torn my ACL in football and was in need for a physio who could help me with my rehab. I couldn't bend nor extend my leg, neither could I raise my toes. However, I am now back to playing and doing everything I could before and more! The rehab process takes some time but it was done thoroughly with no shortcuts.

Came SPH because I had trials the following week and my knee was giving me issues. They spotted out the causes which fixed the problem and now I am free from knee pain, performing and running well.

Absolutely brilliant! I've had back pain for 5-6 years and now I don't have any issues or problems with my back due to the help from you guys. Amazing!
