This service provides great attention to detail to those visiting Sports Performance Hub with their injuries or conditions. Individuals will go through a series of; subjective, observational and physical assessments which provides a more detailed and advanced structure for decision making and problem-solving in injury management. These notes document patient care and serve as a vehicle of communication between other healthcare professionals. These notes are intended to provide information concerning the ongoing status and tolerance of a patient and, in doing so, to avoid duplication of services by healthcare providers.

REHABILITATION


All sports/non-sports related injuries whether acute or chronic, will benefit from rehabilitation. Dealing with such injuries sooner rather than later will be beneficial in the latter stages of your life. Sports Performance Hub handles all injuries and thoroughly sets out a research-based rehabilitation protocol with the addition of our knowledge to normalise pain-free functional movement and get you back into what you do best! Our step-by-step protocol will assist in achieving a reduction of pain, increase in range of movement and prevention of injury recurrence. Rehabilitation is highly personalised, meaning that the interventions and approach selected for individuals depend on their pre-injury state and goals.

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING


These Strength & Conditioning sessions are focused on the athlete's physical and technical components of fitness, with a wide range of training sessions to enhance players' performance. All athletes will undergo testing prior; this will enable our team to create an individualised plan catering to their strengths and weaknesses. Our Strength & Conditioning service aids to optimise an athlete’s performance: off the field, during the off-season and within the season. Training sessions are research-based and will effectively challenge an athletes’ skills. Our extra-curriculum in strength and conditioning and personal training enables us to get the most out of athletes with amazing training and home exercise programs.

MASSAGE


Massage alongside other soft tissue techniques can benefit everybody. Our clients range from high-level athletes to amateur sportsmen and women. Some people require treatment for specific injuries or conditions whilst others prefer regular maintenance massages to help prevent injury and aid in the relaxation of muscles. Every treatment is tailor-made to the client’s needs ensuring a high-quality treatment session. It provides many benefits including; improved flexibility and range of motion, reduced muscular pain, decreased muscle tension, reduced muscle spasms, reduced chance of injury and ultimately an improvement in overall performance.
